Our History
We purchased this home just about a year ago and had plans to be here permanently. However, life happened and we need to relocate to Georgia for family and personal reasons. We will truly miss Whidbey Island and Oak Harbor and our small 55 plus community of Cherry Hill Village.
Our Mission
We updated the kitchen and baths with new appliances flooring and custom color cabinets and the latest high quality Quartz countertops. Added ceiling fans, new comfort height toilets and updated the gas fireplace with a new mantle and new ceramic tile surround.
We improved the landscaping with new flowering Rhodies and Jasmine on the great front porch. Landscape lighting makes a very welcoming feel for guests and neighbors alike.
Benefits of the Area
One of the benefits of this location is the ease of shopping anywhere in Oak Harbor and its about 35 minutes to Anacortes and 40 minutes to Mt Vernon.
Skagit Hospital has an emergency room fifteen minutes in Coupeville . Perhaps most important is the fact that Oak Harbor is located in the rain shadow so we get significantly less rain than Seattle or even Bellingham. Averages about ten degrees cooler than the mainland.
